Returns & Refunds Policy

7-Day Returns

You may return any unopened and unused item in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or, in some cases, a refund.

Please contact us first to request a return. We can only accept returns for items purchased from Lagan’s.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Items must arrive in a re-saleable condition to qualify for exchange or credit.
  • Items damaged during shipping (even if it wasn’t your fault) may not be accepted unless a claim is made with the courier.
  • 10% handling fee may apply.

Consumer Guarantees

We honour all rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. If an item is faulty or damaged, we’ll happily replace or refund it.

Please note:

  • Items returned after 7 days, or that cannot be resold as new, may not be eligible for exchange or refund.
  • We are not required to refund or exchange if you simply change your mind, so please choose carefully.

Refund Processing Time

Once we’ve received your return:

  • Allow 5–10 business days for it to reach us.
  • We’ll process your return within 3–5 business days of receiving it.
  • Banks may take 5–10 business days to finalise the refund.

In most cases, refunds are completed within 4 weeks or sooner.


Shipping Refunds

We only refund original shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).

If you’ve changed your mind or ordered the wrong item:

  • You’ll need to cover return shipping.
  • If you request an exchange, a re-shipping or handling fee may apply.

Sale & Clearance Items

Clearance and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind or incorrect selection.
